So... what's next?

Well, the new site's still a work in progress, and it probably will be for a while. But I guess I should tell you about the Games half of Games and Grapples.

A while back, I did a bit of research as to how many game shows were broadcast on the USA Network afternoon game show block, which ran from 1984 to 1995. I came up with an astounding 33, from all-time classics like Press Your Luck and The $25,000 Pyramid, to remakes like The $40,000 Chain Reaction and Jackpot, to one-and-done duds like the 1990 reboots of Tic Tac Dough and The Joker's Wild, to original series like Free 4 All and Quicksilver.

And I'm going to talk about every single one of them.

No, not all at once, you silly geese.

No, I'm gonna break down the show's history, memorable moments, controversies, and where applicable, reboots. And they will be probably in video form because sometimes reading too many words is too many and VISUALS ARE PRETTY. And maybe once in a while, I'll get one of my friends to help on these or something. I do know someone that won quite a bit of money on a game show once. And he happens to know a lot about game shows.

Stay tuned. Things will be getting interesting soon enough at Games and Grapples.
